It works surprisingly well and considering you pay a fortune for the real deal (Planet Coaster etc.Page last updated on ApTheme Park Tycoon 2 is a customizable tycoon game made by Den_S. But what I have to say despite that is progress is constant and the game always delivers. That would be my No 1 thing I'd want added into the game. I wish there was a sand box mode however so you could make your park as you want it from the start without the limitation of money. When you see parks other people have done it is really inspiring and so I don't like to boast but many have said inspiring is exactly what my second/current park (Vesuvius Theme Park) is! I made 1 park packed with rides and 1 park that is full of stunning scenery with fewer rides. The game is brilliant and although it can get boring after a while new items get added all the time. You can modify the colour and using the props and walls you can make a station building, although this requires a level of skill. With the new camera setting allowing you to follow the end of the track building is easy and you can add chainpulls, boosters, loops, corkscrews etc. The roller coasters are brilliant! You build the track which costs a lot but is great fun. You have to build an entrance an exit to all the rides and add queue paths to get onto them! You can test the rides and open and close them easily. There are a few rides to place such as a drop tower that you can't modify. You also have to add stalls, W.C.'s and seating for them as well as lighting, walls and fencing. They also drop litter (if you don't place enough rubbish bins) which you can pick up. You can go on rides with them and click them to read their opinions on the park. In the game there are AI people that walk about and go on the rides which although they may cause lag are brilliant and liven up the park. However that said the game is constantly improving and new things are added each time although this makes the loading time even longer, especially if you have a big park. I wish the game would explain this better. I found the terrain height tools rather complex at first and made a spiked abomination of mountain which led me to name my first park 'Crystal Mountain Theme Park.' I do know how to use this now but stick to the block manipulator which is rather simple. Terra forming tools mean you can dig up and down into the ground and fit in rides underground and build vast mountain tops. Nonetheless this adds a challenge to the game to fit everything in. The park at peak was huge but trying to fit in the rides was hard and ultimately the park is still tiny. The park is made up of 16 tiles in a 4x4 grid, with 4 tiles unlocked from the start and expensive prices to expand the land. I had to restart my park a couple of times but eventually got the hang of it. However I went back on and started playing properly - multiple save slots made the game brilliant! I struggled at first not to bankrupt myself with the 10K base money I had as I was a perfectionist and wanted to add scenery, walls, fences, paths etc everywhere. I thought it was amazing how different and unique it was for the fact it was Roblox but I shied away from it thinking it was too complex. I quickly realised that it was like Planet Coaster or RCT3 as PC games I'd always wanted to play. I was also impatient and skipped the tutorial. 4 players max on a server, long loading time. I never knew of any game with that many on at once. However when I saw it had 17K players I was astonished. Many of these games get to the front page and that is why I expected nothing different when I saw this game. But on Roblox we all know it's where you gradually earn money in-game and purchase built in items to build a place. So we all know what a tycoon game really should be.
